Need training i guess

    this guy doesn't need a refresher. So he was home every night and didn't live in a truck for weeks on end. If his record is clean companies should be calling him. Refresher is a money grab for these companies. Whats the refresher gonna teach him that a 15 year vet doesn't already know? Maybe Swift, Werner and US Express can teach him how to live on $400 / week and be 2500 miles from home.

    Problem is insurance. Most co's anymore need recent for insurance reasons.

    If you were replying to me, yeah it would be close. Just across the bridge from ST Louis. Plus; that is a nice yard there. One of their best for getting stuff done to your truck. Gary yard is OK, but small, NLR yard is nice, but takes the shop forever to do anything.

    its been driven me nuts all the companies telling i need take a refresher an give them $2,500 dollars an they will take care of me well i bet you will i would like to find a company that take care of there op cause i would work for them on there company side befor i buy my own or am i asking to much lol!!!!!! but thanks eveyone for ur help an yes i do have a very clean driven record with tanker haz-mat an doubles an triples thanks again

    yeah i understand all about the insurance deal i guess im going to have to suck it up an do a refresher i hate to

    An ive look into maverick befor im really not looken forward to flatbed again but i will an i know it best but always have room to learn more

    13 years of running local, I'm sure he was insured by someone. Hey that's the way the cookie crumbles.

    Some, not all of that insurance requirement is crap !!!!!!!!
