Here's another choice, but I don't know much about their team operation. They do use teams in the refrigerated division.

They don't train you, they just sit there and watch you.

You went through any training to get your CDL, you are ready for the road.

I don't mean to be ... well mean but ... and it isn't about YOU, but the system.

Paper work and all of that company stuff is where you are trained.

I guess maybe you would understand it this way, many "trainers" are crap drivers to begin with and just do this for the bucks and pass on bad habits.

we need real trainers who will teach you more than a hodge podge of things to get by.

I need a team in Ohio but both need a year experience as with all most of the better jobs I would suggest ffe they will train you and it's all terminal to terminal or a FedEx contractor might not be too bad .... only problem with a regular carrier you have a lot of load unload thats why i recomnend ffe and fedex. that would all be droo and hook and both would keep you as busy as you want and to say it plainly most training companies suck ...... if they were good companies they wouldn't have to train or have,125% turn over rate the would be able to atract and retain experienced drivers ..... the best thing you have going for you is that you are the golden goose of the trucking industry . ... every company loves husband and wife teams so don't sell yourself short ... since you are in Ohio you might try r and l they run teams out of Wilmington not sure about norwalk but I bet they would be interested .... biggest thing would be to take what ever you think is the best job and stick it out for a year and you will be able to work anywhere
