Thank You everyone that chimed in.

I especially liked the glory hole one.

I did some more reverse searching and found a sight that sells the part I was looking for. They call it a, Banjo Eye - Key Hole plate.

It is a T slot...The T hook looks like the letter T, but the top of the T is shaped on a 90 degree to go into the slot and turn. then hook your chain to the short chain on the T hook...
