Chris was a small midwestern regional carrier that was affiliated with the Dugan family. The same ones that started Dugan that became TNT Dugan then became USF Dugan before they were killed off. They have since started another very small regional carrier called Dugan truck line. I believe they only operate in a hand full of states like Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, out in that area.
