    Just too bad we're in Canada. Rather than it being equal they'll (like usual) shaft the working man and say he's ineligible because he's not a useless idiot.

    He's full of ####, I've seen the rates for every company/broker in Canada, in all lanes. 20K on Van GROSS would need 13 000miles/mo and after fuel/deductions (esp own numbers) he might net 10-12K to this company. Payroll, Truck, maintenance, tax installments, he's making 1000-1200/wk take home personally.

    That and they got the social security thing backwards anyway.

    you need the extra money when you’re first starting out, and have tech school or college to pay for and need a down payment on your first house etc

    by the time you’re old , if you didn’t save any money while working you’re whole life , that’s on you .
