NETTS North Andover MA

I went to NETTTS in 1996, my ex-wife in 1997 and my son finished in May of this year (2013). We all went for Class A. My cousin owns a local Liqueur Distributing company and hires Class B drivers pretty often.

Unlike Class A drivers that has an industry standard of formal training from a school like NETTTS, Class B drivers do not have these industry standards.

99% of the drivers my cousin hires have no formal training at all. I only say this because I would hate to see you spend a lot of money getting your Class B when it will not help you get a job.

You can go to Mass. DMV and get a free CDL Manual then study for the test and then pay for the written test and take the test. Once you get the CDL Permit then you go around and ask some companies with Class B trucks if they will let you use their truck for the road test. Normally they will want some money (a lot less than NETTTS) or they might want you to work for them once you get your Class B. That is how most Class B jobs start out.

if ya have to ask what type of drug screen.....well

just remember, once you hold a CDL and use it for working you will be randomly tested.....forever!

NETTTS also random tests while you are there, iirc week six is the first test, then you are in the pool for randoms. my instructor got randomed while I was there lol

so if you have issues with drugs, best to solve them before wasting money getting the license

Well ill be taking the class B program so I will be drug tested only 1 time. I have a job already lined up when I graduate. I know the company will test me before hand not sure if they do ransoms. I don't do any crazy stuff just smoke bud once in a while. Ya ill be going to North Andover as well. Did anyone take the class B program?

 

Don't go there, the management only wants for money and they give you the run around about getting a test once they have your money you might as well give up going there.
