Nevada's transition to staggered registration???

    I just received my invoice from DMV for registration 2021, but I only get registration for 7 months. Here is the DMV response:

    “....Please note this registration invoice is only for 7months due to Nevada's transition to staggered registration. If you have questions regarding this please contact us....”

    Any body know what this means?
