I read it right.. i just posted it wrong in my previous post lol.. WITHOUT prejudice means it can be brought back.. WITH prejudice and it can't.. got wrapped up in what we were talking about hehe.. Anyhow, a dismissal either way I don't think is on a background check for an employer to see.. it's just for law enforcement purposes. Thanks for pointing out my error lol
