As I write all this -- I know LGT is looking for drivers.

I also know they prefer teams.

The reviews for LGT appear to be very good.

However -- I have not talked to them -- or any of their drivers.

Personally -- I would not wish reefer duty on my worst enemy (been there, done that).

Given your extensive experience in the industry -- I think doing reefer would severely under-utilize your many talents.

In your case -- and given the current freight environment -- to maximize your odds of success, I would instead focus on more specialized forms of freight. Those will be more interesting, as well.

Now....how well LGT would later pair you up with another driver....& how compatible the two of you will then be...that is of course the subject of a completely different conversation.

Given your experience -- you have other worthy options.
