It has nothing to do with loadboards. It is the broker or shipper. You may never know why a load was actually cancelled. Unless you have a TONU clause in your rate confirmation, you may not be able to legally collect on a cancelled load. A good broker will usually not pay a carrier for a cancelled load unless he collects from the shipper. If you have had several loads cancel from the same broker, you may rethink whom you are doing business.
