When I got my authority only a few brokers wouldn't work with me. Most of those places were bottom feeders anyways, King Of Freight comes to mind, don't sweat it.

Don’t get discouraged. You may not get every load, but you will get something. Don’t wait it out, the 3 month mark is not an on-off switch. There’s always some broker that will want 6, 12 months or 2 years, than they will want dot inspections. It’s just the name of the game. Keep calling on loads, post your truck everywhere you go, before you get there, you will get calls from brokers that need to get the load going, and they care less about how old is your authority than.

There are companies out there, you need to keep looking. Don't know what your situation is but i have always suggested that guys become company drivers, then lease onto a carrier, preferably a small one, and learn how to negotiate loads and build relationships with brokers so when you get your authority you already have someone who will load you.
