    Both obviously had manufacturing flaws. You should have sent them in and they would have fixed them while correcting the flaws at no charge to you.

    If you guys only knew how these are ordered and made, it would surprise you.

    The utterly amazing thing is that a lot of these radios are boiler plate designs which are ordered by features, nothing else.
