Then its even more paramount to take whatever you can get, because you are right, you won't have unlimited options. Even though it's 16 years ago, there are companies that will always hold that against you. My last misdemeanor for cannabis was 2012 and there many jobs that won't even look this way, even though I've been clean since then. Once you get decent experience, it will help drown that charge out with certain companies. There are good ones out there that won't care. They just want to know that you're a good driver.

The recruiter called me earlier today and I recieved a conditional offer letter of employment from CRST on tenpulse. I expect the the backround/mvr check to come back the same as Schneider so this makes it my second offer extended so far.

Desperation mostly, I've been on disability because of injuries from a house fire and just needed a career path/momentum so I just jumped into applying anywhere that takes new drivers but my cautious nature led me to researching what to expect.

Is team driving bad? I've seen people say it makes as much or more as solo driving?

Depends on who you're teamed with. Hopefully someone you can get along with.
Don't jump on the team driving just yet; wait for solo positions and if none are offered, then go for a team job.
