You can get a new physical every day if you want to. I think you're talking too much and sabatoging your job prospects. Oil field companies won't hire you either until you get this straightened out.
Get a new physical, then register it with the DMV or online or however you can do it. Just don't go to the same office where you've been chatting with them.

I don't think that's accurate. I think a company will run you through their in house drug testing and if you pass it you're hired. All I can say is I've since been taken off the medication and no longer take it, pass drug test, bam hired.

OK, that's your call. If it were that simple, you'd already be driving somewhere and making money. Good luck.

If you have clearance from a FMCSA Medical Examiner to take these meds and they happen to show up on a Urine test you are not going to be disqualified. You will have to show the MRO this and make the medical Examiner's contact information available to said MRO. However if you are denied a job because of this positive it can create problems you don't need at this point. Outside of this I agree with @Chinatown. The FMCSA is monitoring multiple physicals in the database in an attempt to stop doctor shopping. If I were in your shoes I would go back to the same Medical Examiner and get this person to make a new long form and amend it to show no drug allowances. Otherwise @Chinatown 's advice is sound!

You can ask them to remove it from your file?

Yes, as long as the basic exam is not changing you can get a long form amended. Just go back to the Examiner and ask. They may charge you for the time, but it can be done. I once done it back in the 90s.

I honestly don't know why in that specific circumstance, but I do know a Medical Examiner will amend a Long Form because I have had it done. The FMCSA does NOT prohibit physicals being done close together. They just don't want say you taking a physical with examiner A getting a 3 month card for blood pressure then going to examiner B 2 weeks later. Your not doing this, so there is no issue with the FMCSA. The only issue is the Medical Examiner might want you to pay for another exam. In 2012 I retired and moved from Georgia to Virginia. I had a Georgia class A CDL and wanted to change my CDL to Virginia. I only had about 2 months left on my current card and discovered there was a physician at the Hampton Virginia VA hospital that did DOT Physicals. Got one transferred my CDL to Virginia. Then about the summer of 2013 I was offered a job with a company doing what was basically check rides working for their safety dept. I was also told I had to go to a clinic here to get another physical. This means I had 2 physicals in the space of about 90 days. No issue with this come up. Then of course as luck would have it I had a medical emergency and later discovered i had Epilepsy and lost it all.

Even more than a drug sensitive industry, it's a sleep/rest sensitive industry ... the drugs are definitely an issue. But, what you're taking them for is just as big an issue. Short of lying on your medical history you can't hide that.

All the hot buttons in the industry - from HOS, to ELDs, to sleep apnea - are about how much rest/sleep should a driver have and how should they do it.

Stress induced sleep disorder. Frankly, you're a safety departments nightmare.
