Are there insurance companies that will insure a new driver/authority fresh out of CDL School right now?
-
I'm working on getting some quotes as we speak. been at it for a week. No luck yet.

Something will open up sooner or later!
-
Let us know when it does, make sure you include the premium quote too if you don't mind.

We do offer terms on new CDL drivers, but at pricing 50-75% higher than a driver with 24 or more months with a CDL.....here in SoCal that equates to $18,000 or so for LIABILITY Only

Hey kee lp your head up. I got quoted but they were high. Around 20k a year range. Its just something we have to expect from our situation.superhill56 Thanks this.

Do y'all have anything for South Carolina? I just got a quote back through MSN Insurance Brokers out of Miami. It was a quote from Columbia Insurance for $27,000. That is fine because I'm looking to pay in that ballpark but when they sent me over the information to sign I see that they put down that I got my CDL in 2015 which isn't true. So I think they might be trying to get over on me.

Appreciate it! I'm find with 20k a year starting out because I won't be financing truck or trailer. I just want a quote!
