    Looking to leave cfi once I get 3 months experience. Would like guaranteed pay but I might be asking for too much. Also I live in Arkansas

    Why are you looking to leave CFI so soon? A majority of the issues you will find there are going to be the same issues you will find anywhere that hires those with under 6-9 months' experience.
