I am currently going threw SAP program. I have been looking threw job postings trying to be proactive. I have found alot of carriers that are "sap friendly" my issue is they want 3 months experience. Is there anyone that will take me now? I would team drive or anything to get the experience. If anyone can give any info I'm open to any ideas.

I was not doing drugs. I took a cbd oil that I had no idea had any thc in it. I have 0 plans on using it again. I've seen it will come off my record in 3 years but I have also seen companies say no sap within 5 years. How do they know if you were in a sap if it comes off in 3 years?

They have a blacklist. Rig guard or something like that. Not sure if it shows for 3 or 5 but they will ask a previous employer why you are no longer there.

Then I would say what you read, none in 5 years, would not apply to you. It would be none in 3 years.

    You know what?

just apply to everyone you can.

if the carrier does not want you, they’ll tell you.

    so just apply

That is recorded in the Clearinghouse. Refusal of a test, failing of a test, and probably any random test results.
