I was a swift trainee 3 years ago. The company wasn't stellar and they attract some negative attention. But they weren't horrible though. I got a CDL and OTR training and experience for basicly free. Even if the pay wasn't great. I'd suggest sticking it out and get your learning in with swift.

Ntb inc. I currently drive for them out 5 home two they keep me moving do what they say they're going to do couldn't ask for a better company. I was here two years ago and came back..low turnover for the most part friendly people..always someone to call and get help from of you need it..it also pays better than the larger companies I.e. swift Werner western two of which I've been with..ntbtrk.com is the website Mary beth or dale will take care of you if you give them a call.. No greyhpind bus anywhere!! Company car or your car to two day orientation and the trainer you get will meet you at a secure drop lot where your car stays or someone can drop you off..love this place..wish you the best
