But the never ending baloney of repowers , rejects , reoccurring brainfart days of doing nothing but bailing out problematic dispatch misfits will likely get the best of you before you clip a year with them. You have to know the pay system and if you don't you will miss the boat on a lot of harassment pay. Yes harassment pay also know as grief and aggravation pay "G+A" , I was hot seating drivers home when I was with them , these guys were quitting cause their pay was down 3 or 4 k from the last couple years , and they had still grossed 69k that year , they were so distraught they quit. It is a high paying , high breed common carrier that will struggle to be profitable cause of the bottom feeder companies .
