New Century Transportation

Well after getting unloaded in connecticut on saturday wound up dead heading back to the yard in jersey.Dispatch here is on a first in first out basis so I signed in said I would be ready to go at 0400 sun morning,somehow I slipped through the cracks and woke up the next morning at 0700 with no load so I went inside checked and wound up with a 6 stop load in the toronto area.I had heard some negative things about dispatch before I came here but I prefer to find these things out for myself so far not all that impressed with dispatch but I could be doing something wrong,anyway time to make some money,be safe out there.

 

Kicked off my 6 stops in toronto deadheaded back across the border now sitting in niagra falls,ny waitin to get loaded goin to pa.

 

Pretty sure you would have to be a team.

 

Way to early in my time here to answer this question,especially since I have never done this type of trucking before which is heavy on the LTL freight give me at least 3 months,but thanks for asking.

 

Got a truckload out of the yard in jersey going to Garner,NC,which is good because I'm tight on hrs right now,could use a reset but we will see what happens be safe everyone.

 

I unloaded yesterday in garner,nc took my 10 hour break then headed to greensboro,nc to p/u a pre loaded trailer goin to harriman,ny only problem is it delivered at 1am friday mornin which I didn't have the hrs to do so I wound up swappin with another driver at toms brook va now headed to marlborough,ma delivering at 11 am gonna be tight but should make it.Be safe out there.

 

Got to my stop n massachusetts with 5 minutes to spare got my haz-mat load off now sitting waiting to p/u some hrs at midnite headed to new hampshire to make a p/u prolly goimg to yard in jersey,on a positive note got my first full paycheck grossed around $1600 for a week.That put a smile on my face.
