    $100.00 Layover per 24 hours.
$15.00 per stop on multi stop loads
I THINK Breakdown pay is $200.00 per day. Not sure, never needed it.
Some type of vacation pay after 1 year and beyond.

Just pay attention during Orientation and Road Training. Learn everything you can. DON'T HIT ANYTHING, G.O.A.L. You'll be fine. In my opinion, a great place to work. Good luck!

    Brettj3876 and lilredexpress Thank this.

Seems still to be on the lower side of the industry standard. I run reefer out of Texas. I’m just shy of three years, I make .46cpm. Drivers with five years plus get .52-.55. We get safety bonus, $150 per 24 hr layover, $20 detention, 65 per extra stop, all holidays are $140 bonus. Vacation 7 days first year, 2 weeks years 2-5, after 5 years, three weeks!

miles vary from 2200 to 3400 weekly.

I won’t drive for anyone for less than .45.

the one caveat with my company is once you get above that $.50 per mile status, they will ding you for anything. Screw something up they take away your safety bonus. Bang something up and they will make you pay for every penny of it. Including tires. They drivers making less seem to get a bit more play with some of that. Remember at the end of the day it’s the bottom line that matters to these companies. And if they’re paying you top pay, they’re not gonna give an inch if you screw up.

    Rocks Thanks this.
