Wait, not keeping the interior of the cab spotless is a "service failure", is this the military or a trucking company?

    Rocks Thanks this.

I do not believe the word spotless us used. As far as I know there is no official inspection that takes place. I have never had anybody mention it to me in 16 months with the company. I keep the interior of my truck clean, I have to live in it. I would not consider it spotless. There are plenty of trucks out here that are pig styes, I'm sure we can all agree with that. I'm sure they do not want their trucks trashed. I don't think it is too much for a company to ask

Any experience should be higher than $0.50. Wages have declined over 50% in the past 30 years because of this herd mentality that drivers aren't worth anything.

Hey.. different strokes for different folks...
It takes you less than 45 mins to clean the truck out before going home? :biggrin_2556: WOW...
It takes me about 2 days to do that... and I am not slow... I just carry my "home" in the truck... cause I was literally living in the truck... and taking one week off 4 times a year... because it's very tiresome to move stuff in and out of the truck... in and out of hotel.... and then back into the truck... :biggrin_2552: and I guess I am getting old and tired...
Used to run most miles than anybody in the company... but now I plan on taking it easy...

Good "catch"... I would assume they mean really nasty inside of the truck... which sometimes they are... specially when they have pets inside... can't believe how some people can keep so much trash inside their trucks and on the dashboard...

My former company didn't want to see any thing on their dashboard... no pets and drivers had to keep their smoking outside the window... All trucks were checked for damages and cleanness inside when visiting company's shop...
