    #1) TRUST ME....I do what I say I will do....soon enough you'll know who to trust and who not to

    #2) FORWARD INFORMATION PROMPTLY.....don't wait till we are MT to send the next load information if you already know what's next. Allow us to plan ahead.

    #3) HOMETIME....get your drivers home when they NEED to be home.

    As long as my dispatcher doesnt give me short loads going to downtown chicago and nyc I am happy.

    Yeah I totally agree with the honesty. Just today my dispatcher said "hey man good news! We are going to swap your trailer and you will get more miles!" I knew that was bs right there. Turned out I was right since I got this new load that doesnt load til tomorrow afternoon so I have to wait 20 hours not including the time it takes for them to get me another load.
