As long as you can document what it is you've been doing during the employment gap. Yes taking care of family is a job, get 5 people or so who'll fill an affidavit that's notarized. You'll be grand. Don't take negative feedback from carriers as an absolute no.
    Best of luck to you

companies with lots of dedicated freight/accounts typically have more options to get you home and dedicated accounts generally pay more than just being OTR with a mega.

Check out what Schneider, USX, and Roehl have to offer in your area. I'd stay away from the dollar tree accounts, doesn't sound like anyone actually enjoys those.

Schneider has a dedicated ACDelco account out of Memphis. Home weekly if you're close enough.
If not they have a regional account that's home weekly too. Could be worth checking out.

I can't believe that Earl pays that bad I'm thinking like around 750-800 a week solo... Where you not getting miles? Like they pay .38 a mile? I need at least $600-700 a week after taxes

Paschall runs mostly Eastern half of USA.
Interstate may be ok. Seems to be on a recruiting binge lately.
    Freymiller is good.
