Hey there, I have been at Abilene since last August and I think it's a pretty good place to be. Great Equipment, Awesome Freight, ... And they just worked with me to be off for two weeks due to my wife having surgery.
We also have a Yard in West Memphis too so I am pretty sure home time would not be an issue either.
I will drop you a PM and feel free to ask anything you want.
And I came to Abilene upon the recommendation of @Chinatown too. Even if Abilene isn't a fit for you, check out any company he may suggest. Even if you have never heard of them before. I certainly am glad I took his advice.
Stay Safe where ever you land.

I got my çdl in January with Henderson, while training you didn't stress your equalization pay to your dispatcher to get your $500 first two weeks. They tried to give me 100$ I called everyone until I got my money! Rest of my month we were running 5-6k miles so I got 700-900$ checks after taxes. Now I'm solo, but they left me on the prime side, I get 23-2800 miles dude. Only time I get rest is when I'm getting loaded and unloaded and on my 10. My dispatcher does me well! Good guy! Even when Michelle and Courtney are their on the weekend they keep me running. You have to realize dry van is in that period to where it's just picking back up. If you wanna stay otr until you get some exp. Go get you some reefer, Prime that is. Either with Henderson or Prime. Use your clock wisely, you'll make good money. Henderson does he well dude, even let me come home for 8 days. All about your dispatcher, I assume you have Jake, good day and good luck! With all that being said, I'm ready to be local... The prime driver and student getting shot, made me wonder. I know it can happen anywhere but....

I understand you brother, I know it's slow on that Tennant side right now. I have messages on the Qualcomm from dispatchers telling drivers to be patient because it's about to pick back up. Dry van slows down Dec starts to pick back up in March brother.
