New driver, advice needed (MVR)

dude it doesnt matter if you got a perfect score on your #### cdl test. It doens't matter if you were the top driver in your class. You have two bad tickets and already pissing and moanig at what some long time drivers are telling you. You need to pull your head out of your ### and either grow a thick skin or find another profession. those guys have been out here for years. One is a fleet owner actually. Ony one hiding behind the keyboard is the guy with a brand new cdl that is basically worthelss because he didnt get his record expunged beforehand.

This is to all the drivers/truckers trying to help him: Imagine his temper on 285 through Atlanta or through the mixing bowl in DC. The temper he has needs serious work if he gets mad at us for trying to help him here. We experienced truckers are only trying to help you, but when a snot nosed brat constantly fires back makes the help become less and less. Today's breed has social media and we had the CB with a map. Be thankful for all help. So many will help you along the way if you allow them, but just one outrage could end your career. Be at peace and stay off the zipper. Keep the rubber side down and roll on.

 

Many a driver has been sent home from orientation because of someone higher than the safety dept. nixing the driver.

 

Agreed. Many can't pass their road test before using a trainer for weeks. Sometimes it ends before it can start.
