You can see my history with TMC here: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/tmc/165042-tmc-from-the-inside.html
I left TMC for one reason only and that was money. They paid well but, I am the type of person who wants control of what I do. I made a decision when I got into trucking that I would be an O/O within 5 years or get out. Because of TMC and the way I was trained, I am happy to say I now own my own equipment and now make great money. -
You are able to move up with TMC. In my short time with them, I worked Linehaul, boats, John Deere for a bit and dedicated Owens Corning 45 miles from my house. You have to prove yourself with them to move up. If all you want to do is drive a truck, they have plenty of openings for that. If you want to excel, they will help with that too. If you're a positive, productive person you will do well. Otherwise, you can go to anyone of the other freight haulers and get your exercise from bumping docks and closing doors.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. Just set up a meeting with Jerry Wolff for next week. Looking forward to it. I'm def positive headed and want to excel.
