It is amazing, isn't it? CRE and others getting away with violating the minimum wage law when it is so easy to prove with truck/driver logs? And even if they do stick to the law.. minimum wage or little more for 6- 7 weeks, performing the stressful, dangerous job of driving a 70+ ton rig on crowded highways and living in a truck for 4- 7 weeks straight??? It's obscene!

Most company green horns make about $400-600 a week in my experience but that has a lot to do with the learning curve. Now that they are making company drivers become phase 1 trainers the pay is up but so is the risk for fatality.
