Tried responding to the PM but the board said I didn't have enough posts.

I'll look into those you listed, it's appreciated.

Currently looking for OTR but will take just about anything at this point because of finances.

Swift like all companies are trying to clean up the act. I know that since Jerry took back over the company in 1/07 he was making major changes, so it doesn't surprise me at all if you have a accident that they fired you. Not being mean, and these things do happen especially from a new driver. I was making a wide turn on a narrow street off hwy 49 I believe down in Mississippi (can't remember the city) but anyway put my trl in a ditch. Called dispatch and had to be pulled out with a tow. It cost the company over $1100 for the tow and fix the trl brake chamber that was torn off. This was during my 3 month solo.. They did not fire me or report anything on my DAC.. I don't know if I still have the pic but if I find them I will post LOL...

The accident the op had was a preventable one in my oppinion they can put it on his dac because he was involved in a accident that was his fault and cost the company money.
