They keep drivers out for 6 weeks then fire drivers for complaining? Sounds like a Top notch company to me. I would have been gone in 2 weeks.![]()

if so, best reasons in the world to have man''s favorite tools on board......
1) duct tape
2) can of black spray paint.
yeah, by the way, the o/p never related as to what "too many complaints" meant..........maybe he himself did not know the exact "complaints" involved, as he claimed he was never warned, written up, etc, etc.
to me, that's dirty business as to NOT talk with the driver first............and at least give him a chance to defend himself, apologize for his actions, whatever. -

Goodmorning; first after i get back too the yard, and sinced i'm fired anyway, i would go too saftey dept and ask why, this post has so many holes in it, i would ask was it a certain shipper or rec, was a 4 wheeler , as 4 wheelers are playing robo cops , cause everyboby has cell phones and will turn you in , for running over a curb and your only on curb by 3 inches ,so you see we need more info, most truckers are a whinny bunch, thats there nature, we whine about load's being late , too picking up load that was too be suppse too be picked yesterday and be there in the morning to everything in between from a-to z

Obviously we don't have all the story here. But if they have no documentation of any type of "conversations" or "actions" against you, it sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Talk to an attorney.
