New Driver @ Interstate

A dependable driver dont need to kiss a. as you put it, and a seasoned driver knows how to get the loads, a baby cries.

 

IDC started out good and turned into a complete joke .. thank God I left and leased onto a small family company.. run I-5 and home every weekend. And unlike IDC paying 67.5% of the load (cheap freight) .. I now get 90% of load. Much more pay and home 2 days a week ... You guys can have yer IDC

 

I take back this Statement. I was upset and lashed out. IDC is a good Company to Lease onto (Or run yer own Authority) ..

 

As a fellow driver, I understand how a stressful day can really push us to express some thoughts that may not have been completely thought through.

 

Again, this problem was addressed. A little shake up in the office fixes problems. This goes to both Office and Drivers.

How would someone running out of Southern California do on this percentage pay program? Running mostly regional?
