All training ads are from professional used car salesman that paint a pretty picture for new drivers. They could make a pile of dung look glamorous. Listen to other drivers that have been there instead of some recruiter that is looking for a commission. You really don't want to team with another newbie starting out. Get your foot in the door and get some experience as a solo company driver somewhere. It's not financially easy starting out. Avoid the false attractions of a lease which for most is a junk truck and you end up owing them money. All you have to do is go home one week and you are behind on your weekly payment. The next week you are in the shop and now you are further behind. The week after that your dispatcher only gives you short runs and you sit and you are further behind. Then you wise up and quit.
Stay away from CRST, CREngland and Werner. Those are my bottom three. Where do you live at?

From personal experience I would have to say that C.R. England does offer great training to someone who has never driven before. When I first started C.R. England tought me how to drive and I've been good ever since.

CRE has substandard training and produces a high percentage of substandard "drivers". Erase them from your list of training sources.
