New driver looking for options

    A guy I graduated with is looking for a starter company.He has one felony possession conviction.no auto restriction.off of parole/probation.and tanker endorsement.he was turned down by swift ,may and melton.Lives in San Diego and wants otr.only reason I am making the post is because I know how helpful this forum is.Hell I was on here for 2 years researching before I went to school.

    If your friend gets accepted by Western, tell him to be open to flatbed.

    Agree 100%. More money to be made with flatbed vs dry van. Western Express flatbed is coast-to-coast & 48 states. That's my kind of truckin'.

    Yea,I thought about that.But in my experience the (asking for a friend)posts are usually from some sketchy person who did or is about to do something wrong.
