New driver, fired and needs help getting another job.

I recently was terminated from a mega carrier. The trailer decoupled after moving 10 feet. There was no damage to the truck or trailer. I called in and told dispatch there is something wrong with 5th wheel and I should have it looked at. They told me to reconnect and take the load. Safety 1st I took the the truck 20 miles to the OC and had Their mechanic look at it. He filed a 5th wheel incident report stating there was a mechanical issue with the locking jaws that could not be observed by the driver and had to order new part and replaced it. Nobody would answer my calls for 2 days after the issue was resolved. When they finally called me they said they were sending me home for a break. I had been out on the road for over a month. I rented a car and drove 1500 miles home instead of taking the bus that was offered..

A week later they called me back with an attorney stating I was terminated. Meanwhile They put a drivers error on my dac report. No other company will entertain hiring me. I filed a dispute with the evidence of their own mechanics findings and never gave anyone permission to access my dac report.
1. what are the chances I win the dispute and get it off my record?
2. How can I get hired by another company with this on my record?
3. I was 2 weeks from finishing 3 months. Im willing to do teams, go through mentor, do a different company training classes driving training anything to get rehired. I really like driving and want to do this for a living.
Any serious wisdom, advise, or companies that will hire me so i can continue my journey would be appreciated
