You can get a free copy of your dac from the hireright website and see if term manager put something alarming on your DAC.how many incidents or preventable accidents did you receive with this company?

 

I am just getting my authority and boy am I finding out things I never knew. It appears that when a company contacts another company they are looking to see if you have ever failed a drug test. DAC is not used by every company out there. So just keep applying.

Drivers appeal the companies decisions all the time and companies normally win.No lawyer will take you because what happened you admitted to.Don't waste your money trying to get these marks off your record because a good chance they'll side with the company.It may take awhile but keep on applying someone will hire you in due time.If the recruiter wants to know what happened then tell them.Do not make it sound like a bogus Mark they don't wanna hear that.I would suggest applying to starter companies and offer to get retrained.

 

Sounds like there is waaaaaaayyyyyy more to this whole story.
