New driver's license rules

Whew! I guess I just squeaked in under the line--Sept. 1964. But really now, how much more REAL can ID get?

I can see it now... you'll show up at the driver's license office and they have you strip down, give you a paper gown to wear and have you sit and wait for the doctor. They'll take a sample of your DNA and hard code the sequence to an RFID chip which will then be implanted in your arm. You'll then recieve your photo ID which contains a miniature computer, storing your whole life history--right down to the time you pulled little Sally Smith's hair when you were three.

When Social Security numbers first came into existance, the people argued about what the numbers would be used for. They were assured that SSN's would only be used for the Social Security program--that they wouldn't be used to track or keep information about people.

Then came Executive Order 9397, signed by President Roosevelt in 1943, authorizing federal agencies to use the number to keep track of individual accounts.

In 1961, the IRS started to use the SSN as a way of identifying taxpayers.

The Social Security number is supposedly voluntary, but try living here without one and see how far you get.

 

some laugh, but more probable than most think. they have implimented the ultimate hook. homeland security, either you go along with any outragous right stripping, or you are a threat to be taken out of the general population.

in the mean time i payed 58.00 to renew last week, plus cost of a physical to the doc. wow
