New Elog mandate

Funny thing about that, I got inspected once in western PA. A guy in his mid 60s, and he was shocked to see I had paper logs. This guy had just finished training and had only seen electronic logs. Took all of an hour, mainly a lot #### chat, but one thing that he mentioned was about the logs. He said in his training, they told him you can always find a mistake with paper, but ELOG are mistake free.
I remember some of the newer guys having a hard time understanding the paper log...

 

A lot of old guys are just starting trucking in the early 60's .Being a truck driver is going to be like being a Wal mart greeter before long. They have to get the new ones indoctrinated properly. Might be a good day when the internet ends ? It's only made the masses more stupid, if that's possible.
