There is no way in the world I could bring a semi rig into the neighborhood, old New England streets are narrow and anywhere you could park is marked no parking, resident permit and all that kind of stuff. Leaving a rig in the areas of Glosta that are doable is pretty high risk, there are some folks wandering around with less than honorable motives. A terminal would be a bit more secure. However, there are always rigs parked on the street in the general area of Gorton's facility. I'm pretty sure that the police know the owners and operators and the police station is just down the street from there.

For sure, having a local terminal is no good reason to choose one company over another. Thanks for the follow up. Glosta is an interesting place, all kinds of folks around here--probably that way in most places. I've only been up here for a couple of years, you would definitely know the area better than I!

Time for rack ops here, Sunday is done, Monday is about come, here's to a good week for us all!

There aren't many, but exit 6 off I91 has a little one (just south of the bball hall of fame on route 5) bit of a s#!$ hole though, and I think I remember one off the pike east of 91 about 10 or 20 miles and up toward hatfield off 91 but thats was a few years ago when I was doing the local p&d thing, don't get out there much any more.
