New FM mode channel plan!

I guess that's a little bit better. I was imagining AM and FM trying to share channel 19 and nobody being able hear anything. I really think AM is the better mode for CB. If for nothing else, still being able to hear when two radios key up at the same time. When that happens on FM, you'll hear the stronger one at best, and possibly not even that.

 

This will take a long time to catch on.

 

How the heck do you get a normal cb to run fm?

 

You press and hold the mode button for between 1000 and 2000 seconds. In that time you place an order for one that can transmit FM. So basically.....

You buy an abnormal one.

 

Any legit cb's with the legal FM narrow band mode released yet?

Lol oh come on man I'm brand new to the world of radio. Like three days of actually trying anything other than plug and play from the truck stop
