I would like to suggest a new sub-forum under the International Truckers forum or where ever you think it would be the best fit.

The forum I would like to suggest would deal with the Laws, Rules, Regulations and Requirements of driving across North Americas International borders

US borders sounds better. Or even International borders within North America.
