That's unusual. Sounds like the info from your qualcomm was an agent's personal cell number. They are 7-24/365 with call center operations to deal with check calls, etc. Only in rare circumstances will you ever talk to the agent in charge of an account while they are at home. Those CHR people don't easily give up personal cell numbers. They are 9 to 5 types, punch in and work, punch out forget about work.
