New guy, says hi!

    From the outset, this seems like an awesome forum; so many topics!

    I am a former dot-com guy, laid off yesterday (for the last time) and am hoping to break into the trucking industry.

    I have long admired truckers and wished for the freedom of the open road and I feel that now it is time for me to slide out from behind a computer work-station and slide in behind the wheel!!

    Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. I will be posting beau coup questions here soon!
