new guy

Hello guys and gals, My name is Charles I am currently going to Collage to become a Diesel Mechanic. I have already worked in a small mom and pop diesel shop, and now I work for Case IH Farm supply . My Father drove trucks for years and you should of seen him pull out his hair when I told him I wanted to drive.
One of the reasons I signed up for this is because My instructor in our engines class also works for truck centers in Morten IL. Since he has been our instructor he has been telling about some of the problems he runs in to on a day to day basis. Low and behold a dumb ##### spoke up the other day told the instructor that Frighteners are junk, and the debate was one. So I piped in so we could get one with our day that I would ask the people of the trade and get back to him after Thanksgiving brake. So since you guys have a small back story I have already asked this in ask an owner operator. I need to find out what truck do you like and why, and on the same note I also need what truck's do you find crappy, as well I need to know how many trucks you have operated so I know I am not getting a one sided opinion. If you have only operated one kind of truck still let me know because I will be able to do a percentage to figure it out. I just thought go strait to the horses mouth and ask the people who basically lives in these trucks. Thank you for your time and help
