    i know for sure yes
    he closed the bankacct.theres no money for atty.
    2k for a atty.to boot...hes knows what hes doing hes a control freak to say the least and the last thing he wants is for me to have a way to hire a aty..i'll walk with half our business fl. is a 50/50 state.plus he has a inherderience coming in a few months......he is apiece of work and NEVER should have been with him in the first place..he has been lying from day 1..i found out AFTER we were married

    You're in FL, right? In FL, trust me, HE will have to pay your attorney fees, since he makes the money. FL has some screwed laws that will work in your favour. Go and at least talk to a good attorney to see what your options are. If you keep playing yourself as the victim, you'll be taken as a victim by him. If you start to stand up for yourself, you'll start making headway and will see that he doesn't hold all the cards in this game.

    i have talked to a atty..thers a 250.00 consult to start
    all the onesin my area charge hefty consult fees thats just how it is down here
    and im not a victim...didnt mean to make it sound that way just stating facts thats all....i volunteered for this crap......my fault not his
    i forgave and forgave he begged and begged pleaded..etc etc....now that he SEALED the deal......this is where we are..dropped melike a hot rock...again not a victim...just stating the fact

    Since he's the one making the money and you have no access to it now can you get in touch with legal aid???
    In my state if you are in a situation like yours you can get free legal help...I don't know how it is in Fl but just a thought. You need to do something to protect yourself and the assets that you are half owner in, not to mention the inheritance that you should get half of.

    yes i looked into it if i had a child i could get free legal help.....
    since i dont ....im stuck..and he knows that looking back ALL of this was caculated......he is a worthless piece of meat truly
