You should be able to click on User CP on the left side of the bar near the top of the page,then click on Send New Message from the column on the left side.

there is no problem transfering your CDL back to Michigan from another state, I went to school at C1-Indy and the only thing I had to do when I finished was pay the money to trasfer and I took the Hazmat here, because that doesn't transfer.
Could you tell me what TMC web address is? When I search I it comes back to the trucking sites for all interested truck drivers for all different companies. Thanks
