Why not talk about all the LIARS on E-BABYSITTER..?...They are worse than ''paper log'' drivers..

Log falsification can result in criminal charges as well as a fine . That's why some safety departments say if you have to exceed legal hours go ahead and log it as you do it . A minor HOS violation is far less serious than document falsification .

Unless you try to exceed it because of the thought that you would be eligible when you are not and then you might get a bigger fine of 11,000.00

True, but have you not heard of the many on here that think they have an automatic 2 hours to drive when the snow was in the forecast for days.

What's that rule about double jeopardy?

With the 8 hour rule, drivers will now be in jeopardy at least twice per day on longer mile days.
