New HOS....yep

The only problem I'm having is the restart. The 30 min rule is easy everyone takes a piss in 10 hrs use it as your 30 minute

 

You really should get your prostate checked if it takes you 30 minutes to piss...

 

The US Court of Appeals just ruled on the HOS petitions, and it looks like we're stuck with the goofy July 1 restart and break provisions. Bummer.

 

Apparently not... looks like Congress has had enough of Miss Know It All down at the FMCSA...

30 minute pee?!?.....autin powers coming out of a deep freeze comes to mind. Where's plentygood with a video clip when you need him. Heck even the sound byte would work. Lol

 

Wow really I guess I have to explain myself I thought it was obvious. By the time you pull off the road find parking walk into truck stop piss buy your drink and snack take a quick look around go to cashier walk back to truck take a drink update duty status and get back on freeway 30 minutes would have passed.

 

Must be a door swinger. I can stop for fuel, piss in a jug while in line, make a sandwich, wash windshield, check load and I always have water next to my drivers seat. All of this in under 20 minutes. And it takes you 30 minutes just to piss?

 

LMAO!!! I was just gonna say that Seawheeler! HAHAHAHAHA! Time I allot myself for a Truck stop break (Fuel/Pee/whatever) no more than 10-12 minutes- assuming at least one pump is open. THIRTY MINUTES to do that??? Come on Dude....
