Nah we pull general freight. Pipe, steel, coils, lumber, roofing material, hay, insulation....you name it we probably haul it.

Melton still requires you guys to be out for 3 weeks correct? I wish they would have a home weekly (out for 7-9 days then home for 40-45 hours) fleet and I'd be all over Melton. Wishful thinking I suppose.

You can stay out as long as you want.

What kind of refresher training does Melton have? What does it pay? Is flat bed freight pretty good right now? When I was flatbedding there seemed to be a slump but not too bad.

We don't actually offer a course...you would have to go through a school for that...I'll get some info tomorrow and let you know exactly what you'll need to be considered. Give me your OTR dates, local dates, and dates you've been out of the truck and I'll see what I can find out.

Flatbed is touch and go, probably same as when you did it earlier. Summer is always good, and winter slows down...

I received a call from a recruiter today. I haven't returned the call yet as I am currently working night shift. It would be extremely difficult for me to go to school right now with my current job schedule.
