Hello drivers I am a new driver I was wondering what is the policy for new drivers going to work for NFI suck as home time orientation and time with a trainer. Any other info that you can give about NFI I will greatly appreciate it.
AFAIK they don't have a training program. Home time and orientation will vary depending on what position you're hired for. When I hired on I came in, did a check ride and all the paperwork one day and then rode along with an experienced driver the next to learn the process. Then they put me to work.
