New Job potential?

    Another poster mentioned Western Express. I've advocated for them as means to get started. Cpm is low but miles are big. The biggest thing that I find beneficial about the flatbed division is that by the time you get ready to leave them, you will have learned how to secure any type of load, because they haul anything.

    So true that was start in flatbed. I did run hard but those were the days of roadrunners at western express. It was low cpm so I turned the wheels to make my money. I had a wonderful dm & his father was the safety director when they had the yard in emporia va. I learned a lot & those guys are friends. I had a wonderful time at Western even though the cpm was low. I made the best of it. We live in a great country with great opportunities.

    Yes I sure had a good time running with Western. I went everywhere. I learned so much but I have to say, I made good money with them. I wouldn't trade any of those experiences
